Hypnobirthing Complete

This option gives you all the things in the Hypnobirthing course (so, you choose your course dates and attend the group class or private Hypnobirthing for Planned Cesarean Birth) as well as these added benefits:

- Up to 5 hours of additional one-to-one prenatal coaching to design as you wish (ex. breastfeeding education, creating your birth plans, increased hypnobirthing support, postpartum planning, birth art, Spinning Babies tm, breath work, prenatal yoga and more)

- Additional training for the birth partner

- Continued support via Whatsapp

- One postpartum visit (including nutritious lactation-friendly snacks, a relaxation ritual and birth de-brief)

Total cost (this includes the course fee for Hypnobirthing+ or Hypnobirthing for Planned Cesarean Birth): 980 CHF



Location: The hypnobirthing course, Hypnobirthing+, is in person (Familienzentrum Uster- 25 minutes from Zurich HB) and the additional support can be virtual or in-person (if you live within 1 hour of Zurich HB). Hypnobirthing for Planned Cesarean Birth.
